We support Mastercard,Visa,Visa Delta,Visa Electron,Visa purchasing,JCB,Solo and Switch payments. • The main transaction currency is Pound Sterling. All prices are valid for 30 days . • For all mainland UK and Ireland purchases please allow up to four days delivery. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery and for overseas shipments. Due to extensive travel commitments of Henry Olonga there may be the odd delay of delivery beyond these times. • Should any product fail to meet these high standards then you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase by sending an email to henryolonga@henryolongashop.net .Please include the transaction information in the email and explain why you are requesting a refund. Consumers have the right to cancel the order at any time citing transaction information. A confirmation e-mail will be sent with all online transactions. • When we initiate a refund, we will send an email to you. Refund requests that have not been resolved within 2 weeks are processed and, for credit card purchases, the refund should then appear on your credit card statement. Please note that due to extensive travel commitments refunds may experience a small time delay. • You may return any print for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days after receiving it. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be packaged as originally shipped, or by using comparable materials, to prevent damage on the way back to us. We cannot authorize refunds for returned prints that are damaged in transit to us because of improper packaging. Please fill out the order information on the back of the Packing Slip accompanying your return. To help serve you better in the future, we ask that you please indicate the reason for the return. • You may wish to insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Keep all of your postal and shipping receipts.
